Robert
We chose a room that was supposed to be quieter but ended up being affected by the noise of the main road. However, the room itself was large and clean, with comfy beds and an excellent bathroom. The hotel facilities, including pools, tennis courts, and a horse stable, were of great quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa area was a highlight.
The breakfast service was somewhat chaotic with poor quality food and self-service hot drinks.

Spent two fantastic nights in this beautiful hotel in the Alps. The pool facilities were amazing and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed including bathrobe and pool towels. To top it off, the food was delicious and offered a great variety of dishes.
Although the location was perfect, the road noise was quite loud and kept us from enjoying the fresh mountain air through the open windows. the WiFi signal was weak in the restaurant area and we had a hard time connecting.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything always looked so well-maintained. From the great parking to the beautiful location, I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. And let's not forget the breakfast- it was absolutely delicious!
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great facilities, nice views from the hotel and fantastic location for access to outdoor activities. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The spa was impressive, with amazing pool facilities and a range of treatments available. Convenient underground walkways between buildings. , the staff was friendly and helpful.
The food selection was limited and not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast service suffered from a lack of staffing, self-service hot drinks, and lack of healthy food options.
